She subsequently resigned from her fight against VanZant. After Ostovich's physician approved this fight announced on the 27th of November Ostovich would face VanZant in January 2019. The GW1516 ingredient that was illegally found inside one of her supplements however it was not indicated on the labels. Gina Mazany fought Blaydes on the ESPN network on November 28, 2020. The fight ended with Mazany being kicked out the fight in the third by body kicks. After three losses in succession after which the UFC exiled Ostovich off its roster on December 7 in 2020.
